Import of cases with unusual clinical setups

Dear community,

I have some Carto data that is from cases in which the catheter configuration was switched midway through the case to allow additional of a non-routine research catheter. When I attempt to import these cases using OpenEP there appears to be a naming error with the files (I’m guessing due to a conflict between electrode filenames). I wonder if there is a workaround that would allow the import of this type of data into the OpenEP environment?

Many thanks indeed,

Dear John

Thank you for your message. We do have this a known bug; although it is a very unusual case!

Dear community,
I have some Carto3 v6 data that I am trying to load using OpenEP “importcarto_mem” but I am having issues.
I think that the problem arises to due a conflict in the filenames after I switched the mapping catheters, from Navistar (points 1 to 6933) to Pentaarray (6934-onward). This is the Matlab error:

IMPORTCARTO_MEM: The name change could not be resolved. Problem with filename: 1-1-RA
POST_P6934_ECG_Export.txt

Thanks in advance for your help,

Gerard

Dear Gerard, thanks for your message, this should be a relatively easy fix.

The easiest way would be for us to access the data/installation in order to debug. Please feel free to email me - Steven.williams@ed.ac.uk - and we can see if there is a mechanism to do that?
