Importing from Carto backend

Thank you so much for this software and community. It is very helpful.

We are trying to use Carto files stored in the backend server, however they seem to be encrypted/encoded. Are these compatible with OpenEP?

Hi, if you have exported Carto data then you should be able to follow this thread:

Hi Matthias Thanks for your message. You will need to work with the exported study data. To access this, load up the case and choose Study > Export Study Data. In there, choose ‘base’ plus any other data you want for example Visitag data. The system will take perhaps 10mins on average to create a zip file. However, if the data is encrypted unfotunately OpenEP does not support this.

Thanks for your response. I was hoping to do a batch query to be able to export multiple files at once for research. But looks like that would be impossible unless Carto provides a solution for it.
